To talk about our essence, we must first talk about our origin. In Pesquera de Duero, viticulture is a way of life, an art rather than a job. The world of grapes here is well known to all, and that’s where we come from. Living in such an environment has allowed us to know the true essence of good wine: quality over quantity.

Bodegas HESVERA began with the small idea of ​​two brothers to create a new type of winery, closer, more traditional. Thus, looking to the future, both brothers based their education on the intention of dedicating their lives to the grape. While José Espinosa focused on management, Emilio Espinosa devoted his studies to Agricultural Engineering and Enology, currently being a perfect professional in the cultivation and care of grapes. This knowledge allowed them to start marketing their wines in 1995 and, just four years later, in 1999, found the Hermanos Espinosa Rivera Winery under the name of HESVERA.

Very ripe cherry color, high, clean and bright robe.
AROMA:
Very clean wine with wide toasted and spicy tones, very well assembled, without covering the overripe red fruit that comes out under these tones with great force. They are very tones of the terrain from which the grape was chosen.
PALATE:
Very tasty entry, balanced with the tannins of the wood very well assembled with the wine, so it is smooth and gives us a very pleasant palate. It is a long wine, with a very powerful aftertaste

+ Maceration for 27 days. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 29ºC.
+ Malolactic fermentation in French barrels in November.
+ Aging in French oak for 22 – 32 months.
